1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or streaming on targetshow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/legal guardian consent) to register an account, participate in live chat rooms, or broadcast live video. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your login.

3. Community Guidelines & Broadcaster Standards

TargetShow is committed to maintaining a vibrant, safe, and respectful environment for creators and viewers alike. When broadcasting or participating in live chat, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• No Hate Speech or Harassment: We do not tolerate bullying, slurs, targeted harassment, or discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• No Explicit or Adult Content: Nudity, sexually suggestive behavior, and pornography are strictly prohibited and result in permanent device and account bans.
• No Violence or Dangerous Acts: Content displaying physical harm, self-harm, weapons, illegal substances, or incitement to riot will be removed immediately and reported to cybercrime units.
• Copyright Protection: Broadcasters must own all rights or hold explicit licenses to any music, video, or intellectual property streamed. Unauthorized sports re-broadcasting is strictly banned.

4. Virtual Currency & Gifting System

TargetShow provides virtual items ("Coins", "Roses", "Diamonds", "Crowns") that users can purchase to reward creators during live sessions. By purchasing coins, you understand and agree that:

• Virtual coins and gifts are limited, revocable, non-transferable digital licenses with no real-world monetary value outside our platform.
• Coins cannot be redeemed for fiat currency by standard viewers; only authorized, KYC-verified creators may redeem gift earnings under our Creator Partnership Agreement.
• Unused coin balances remain valid while your account is active and in good standing.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and interactive consumption of virtual goods:

• Virtual Coins & Gifts: All coin purchases and sent gifts are final and non-refundable once credited to your account or delivered in a live chat room.
• VIP Membership Subscriptions: VIP passes may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. If you experience an accidental duplicate charge or billing error, you must notify support@targetshow.com within 7 days with your InstaxPay transaction ID for a full investigation and prompt reversal.

6. Creator Earnings & Payout Terms

Approved creators earn a revenue share on virtual gifts received during broadcasts. Creator payouts are disbursed weekly or monthly via automated bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or UPI via our payment partner InstaxPay, subject to applicable Indian Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user or creator account without prior notice if we find clear evidence of community guidelines violations, fraudulent chargebacks, or illegal broadcast activity.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
