We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically during your browsing sessions, and transaction details associated with payments:

• Account Profile Data: Username, display name, email address, mobile number, avatar picture, and bio.
• Creator Broadcaster Data: KYC documentation (PAN card, Aadhaar / GST verification for payouts), bank account/UPI ID for earnings disbursement.
• Interactive Activity: Chat messages posted in live streams, virtual gifts sent or received, like reactions, streams viewed, and creators followed.
• Payment & Billing Data: Order IDs, transaction reference IDs, and payment method summaries processed securely through our RBI-authorized payment partners (InstaxPay). We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or bank PINs on our servers.
• Technical & Device Data: IP address, device model, operating system, browser type, network speed, and streaming performance metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for legitimate business purposes including:

• Providing, personalizing, and maintaining low-latency live streaming video feeds.
• Processing virtual gifts, VIP memberships, and creator revenue sharing.
• Enforcing our Community Guidelines, combating fraud, harassment, and unauthorized bot activity.
• Notifying you when creators you follow initiate a live broadcast.
• Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations under the Information Technology Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We never sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with authorized infrastructure providers necessary to operate our service:

• Payment Processors: InstaxPay Payment Engine for processing UPI, Netbanking, Cards, and automated creator settlements.
• Content Delivery Networks (CDNs): Cloudflare and AWS for low-latency live HLS video edge caching and DDoS mitigation.
• Law Enforcement: We may disclose information if mandated by a valid court order or statutory requirement from competent Indian authorities.

5. Security of Personal Data

We implement end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and role-based access control (RBAC) across our backend databases. While no method of electronic transmission is 100% impenetrable, we continually audit our security controls to prevent unauthorized access or alteration.

6. Your Rights Under DPDP Act

As a data principal, you hold the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate personal data.
• Request erasure of your account and personal history, subject to statutory retention guidelines.
